At Any Star Registration, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality personalized products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized Products

As our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. Please ensure that all customization details provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only under the following circumstances:

• The wrong product is delivered.

• The product arrives damaged during transit.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

• The product is lost during shipping and cannot be delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographs or other supporting evidence for verification. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after placing the order.

• Incorrect names, photos, messages, addresses, or customization details provided by the customer.

• Minor color, print, or design variations caused by monitor settings, lighting, or printing processes.

• Delivery delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
