Any Star Registration offers a range of digital products, including downloadable personalized certificates, digital keepsakes, and other customized digital content. This Digital Product Policy explains the terms governing the purchase, delivery, and use of our digital products.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are generally delivered through one of the following methods:

• Secure download link.

• Registered email address.

• Customer account (where applicable).

Delivery is typically completed after successful payment verification and completion of the personalization process. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the customization and order volume.

Personalization

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the ordering process, including names, messages, dates, uploaded photographs, and other customization details, is accurate before confirming the order.

Once the creation or production of a personalized digital product has begun, modifications or changes may not be possible.

Download Access

Customers are advised to download and securely save their digital products immediately after delivery.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Copyright

All digital products provided by Any Star Registration are intended for personal use only.

Customers may not:

• Resell or sublicense the digital files.

• Redistribute or commercially exploit the digital products.

• Modify, remove, or alter Any Star Registration branding, logos, or copyright notices where applicable.

• Claim ownership of our original artwork, templates, certificates, graphics, or designs.

Refunds

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been created, processed, or delivered.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The incorrect digital product was delivered.

• The delivered file is corrupted and cannot be repaired or replaced.

• A verified technical issue on our side prevents the successful delivery of the purchased digital product.

Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device, appropriate software, and a stable internet connection required to download, access, and view digital products.

Intellectual Property

All digital designs, certificates, templates, artwork, graphics, downloadable content, and website materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Any Star Registration unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our digital content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
