Cancellation Policy
At Any Star Registration, we begin processing personalized orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before the production or customization process begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Personalized Products
As our products are custom-made and personalized according to the information provided by the customer, cancellation requests received after production has started are not eligible for approval.
Cancellation Refunds
If your order is eligible for cancellation, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation by Any Star Registration
In certain situations, we may cancel an order due to payment failure, product unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if production has not yet begun.
